RUSS Virginie

Virginie Russ is a senior executive with extensive international experience in the Automotive and EVs battery materials industries. She has held key management positions in Global companies such as Johnson MaƩhey/EVMetals, VALEO, Montupet and Visteon. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and commercial negotiations, with a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnership, and leading multicultural teams across Europe, the US and Asia. Recognized for her leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to establish innovative business models she has developed customer relationships at the highest level. She has extensive experience building commercial teams and working with global automotive OEMs, and Tier 1 battery cells suppliers, on development and commercialization of advanced materials in powertrain technologies. She has an engineering master degree from ESTP Paris (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics) and MBA degree in Quality and Strategy from ESCP Europe.
