He currently serves as Head of Sales and Marketing at JOT Automation, a Finnish technology company specializing in advanced automation solutions for global manufacturing industries.

Mr. Käkelä’s career is defined by his strategic focus on driving business growth through innovation in industrial automation. Prior to joining JOT Automation, he held the position of CEO at EID Robotics, where he led the development of the award-winning ANT Plant Microfactory—a pioneering concept in modular, localized manufacturing.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Käkelä has consistently championed the adoption of automation technologies that enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability. His expertise spans reshoring strategies, scalable automation, and digital transformation, positioning him as a thought leader in the future of production automation and localized manufacturing.
