Matthieu Desbois-Renaudin graduated as Mechanical Engineer in INSA Lyon with a minor in business & innovation development. He completed his studies with a MSc in System optimization. He worked at IFSTTAR for hybrid powertrain optimization with Valeo. Joined in 2004 the advanced engineering division of Bosch in Lyon, where he designed optimized electro-hydraulic solutions for various customers. One of his patents lead to a successful product development which has been sold in 1 000 000 units since its launch. In 2008, he joined the CEA Liten where he lead several projects for lithium Battery packs in automotive application. From 2013, he lead the service for system integration of batteries and fuel cells at CEA Liten. In 2018, he created WATTALPS, as CEO, with 2 partners to bring to the market high performance and modular battery systems.
