Dr. Dmitry Belov is the driving force behind ProLogium’s groundbreaking advancements in solid-state lithium battery technology. As Chief Scientist, he leads the company’s innovation efforts from the Paris-Saclay R&D center, where he is spearheading the development of next-generation materials and technologies that will define the future of energy storage.
A visionary with over three decades of expertise, Dr. Belov has carved a niche as a pioneer in battery material research. With more than 40 global patents and over 30 influential research publications, he has set the benchmark for innovation in advanced electrolytes, electrode materials, and safety technologies.
Dr. Belov’s career is marked by bold ideas and transformative breakthroughs. His work on nanomaterials and nano-coating technologies has redefined the boundaries of lithium-ion battery performance and safety.
Early in his career, he conducted cutting-edge research at the Russian Academy of Sciences and Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), before teaming up with ProLogium Founder Vincent Yang at Ultralife Taiwan, Inc. (UTI). Their enduring collaboration of over 20 years has laid the foundation for ProLogium’s leadership in solid-state battery innovation.
