As an executive at DuPont, Mike led numerous regional and global teams (EU, US and Asia) to deliver significant business growth in new ventures and existing businesses in many markets and different materials. His team guidance and innovative approaches has enabled him to look deeply into markets for ways to capture value and opportunity. These approaches have included: M&A to enter markets by establishing targets, leading negotiations, C-suite approvals, and due diligence; creating and leading an industry coalition to drive regulation for U. S. automotive safety; formed an industry association to educate/implement laminated glass in side windows and was elected President.
