Call for paper

Submission should include:

  • A title
  • An abstract (300 words)
  • A short biography of the speaker
  • A photo of the speaker.

Submissions must be in english.

Your communication must cover one of the following topics:

Closing call for oral communications: June 20, 2025
Publication of the pre-program: July 7, 2025
Closing call for posters: September 26, 2025
Poster to be provided: October 10, 2025
Presentation to be provided: October 24, 2025

The speaking slot is approximately 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A with the audience.

The speaker registration fee is €875 plus VAT, and includes access to the exhibition, conferences, posters area, coffee breaks and lunches, tuesday 4 november opening cocktail, thursday 6 november gala evening & proceedings.

The poster speaker fee is €975, plus VAT, and includes access to the exhibition, conferences, posters area, coffee breaks and lunches, tuesday 4 november opening cocktail, thursday 6 november gala evening,  proceedings & poster printing (no presentation session).
